About the Role
The General Manager reports to the Board and is responsible for all corporate and administrative functions for the organisation.
This includes leadership/planning, people management, accountability for governance/Board secretariat, finance and budgeting, risk management, funding, ICT, and stakeholder relations.
Candidates must understand the 'matrix' nature of this organisation given the executive accountabilities to the Board and the volunteer-led nature of the organisation.
About You
We are looking for someone passionate about working in the Not-for-Profit sector, particularly in the area of youth development, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership position in a volunteer organisation.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to use your initiative to solve problems.
You will also have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or commerce.

* Managing budgets and finances
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
