Located at South Strathfield, our main purpose is to assist in the design, manufacturing and fit out of owned and leased Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne franchised complexes. About the role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide essential support to the existing and upcoming projects to ensure seamless delivery and execution. Responsibilities include; Support with inspections by providing checklists and documentation to ensure the job is completed to a high standard. Ensure adherence to WHS matters and compliance standards in line with the NCC (National Construction Code). Assisting project managers to manage successful internal and external stakeholder relationships with subcontractors, proprietors, internal team members, and others to ensure accurate delivery and installation of all items. Analyse and review floor plans to compile a list of manufacture and installation requirements. Assist Project Managers to develop and execute delivery and staging plans to ensure timely completion of fit-outs. Manage documentation for issues and defects to ensure timely resolution. Use a combination of databases and Excel to track costs against budgets, helping project management stay on track. Prepare comprehensive reports that align with project progress. About you You have a keen interest in project coordination and are driven to develop your skills in a supportive, professional environment, aiming to transition to project management in the future. Your organisational skills enable you to thrive in dynamic environments, while your collaborative nature ensures seamless teamwork, resulting in smooth project execution. You will also have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Ability to read and interpret plans.
