We are seeking a Chef to manage the kitchen section at Cloncurry Roadhouse in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in a related field and 2+ years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food is served to customers. The role involves leading a team, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and implementing seasonal and daily menus • Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies • Supervising and training kitchen staff on food preparation and safety procedures • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation • Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $73,000 - $75,000 + superannuation and a full-time position with a 38-hour workweek.
