Our Toowoomba store is growing and is looking for new people to join the team.
If you are motivated, enjoy having fun at work, hyper focused on customer experience and want to start a new career, please read on. You will be joining a team of brokers and administrators who have decades of experience and are happy to help you grow to become the best regional broker you can!
Working As a Broker In Our Store, You Will
1. Manage customer enquiries and provide expert lending advice
2. Support customers through the entire loan journey, from application to settlement
3. Leverage Aussie property hub to connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey including buyer’s agents and conveyancing
4. Build relationships in the local community to create referral partnerships and grow your pipeline
5. Have clients booked directly into your diary – no cold calling enquiries!
This is a rare salaried mortgage broker role, with the opportunity to earn a competitive base plus uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1. A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can help!)
2. A background in sales or customer service roles
3. Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store
4. A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
5. Unrestricted Australian working rights
