About Us
Cruise Whitsundays, based in Airlie Beach is the largest marine-based tour and transport provider in the Whitsundays. Providing close encounters with the Great Barrier Reef, Whitehaven Beach, and the islands of the Whitsundays, Cruise Whitsundays operates 10 modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned vessels, plus a world-class sailing catamaran, offering a range of tours, as well as an inter-island resort connection service, with regular daily departures at three islands, one airport and two mainland ports.
Cruise Whitsundays also operates Australia’s first underwater accommodation, Reef suites, and a Reefsleep glamping experience at the Reefworld pontoon, moored offshore at Hardy Reef on the Great Barrier Reef.

What will you be doing?
Your primary job is ensure each and every guest has an experience of a lifetime. Together you will share special places and create lasting memories. Your days might include:
1. Greeting and assisting guests ensuring the guests experience and safety is priority;
2. Exceptional food and beverage delivery;
3. Conducting safety briefings and presentations to the guests;
4. Maintaining stock control or consumables on board and daily reconciliations; and
5. Vessel housekeeping and cleanliness.
This position is physically demanding and will require you to work on your feet for long periods of time. You will have the unique opportunity to work across our products from Camira Sailing, Great Barrier Reef Adventure, Whitehaven Beach to Resort Connections!

About You
To be successful in this rule, you must or willing to obtain:
6. Hospitality qualifications and previous marine experience highly regarded.
7. Elements of Shipboard Safety
8. QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol
9. QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
10. National Police Check
11. Provide First Aid, CPR and Advanced Oxygen Therapy
12. Bronze Medallion and crowd management certificates are highly regarded
