About the role: The purpose of this role is to unlock value across all e-commerce sub-channels with a particular focus on driving CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), repeat purchase intent & market share. Ensure we obtain continuous growth and strengthen the brands digital presence and speed to market, enabling and driving digital transformation. Using a combination of marketing and digital technology strategies, the role will manage the Web, App and e-commerce platforms and content for IPA brand systems. Be a digital marketing champion, with a best practice approach and passionate about sharing your skills and approach with the broader business. Role & Responsibilities: Work with GM of Marketing Operations to develop and implement an E-Commerce strategy and technology roadmap for our selected Brand Portfolios. Grow and strengthen the Brands digital presence, speed to market and customer engagement. Utilise data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyse market trends and make strategic business decisions. Liaise with Brand division to identify key project requirements. Project manage vendors and/or internal teams hosting daily stand-ups with development resources to maintain and improve digital products. Skills & Experience: A formal qualification in Marketing – Degree or Masters. 5 years experience in growth marketing with a focus on digital and e-commerce marketing. Demonstrated e-commerce management experience in a similar or related industry. Ability to take ownership and initiative. Understanding of data tools, BI, Analytics, data studio and others and proven experience in visualising and quantifying results.
