* Permanent full-time role based in Wangara Head Office
* Work from home 2 days a week after training
* Manage workplace issues including grievances
THE ROLE
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our management team to influence and build positive employee relations
* Manage workplace issues including grievances, performance improvement, conduct and other investigations and disciplinary matters as required
* Assisting in the provision of HR related information and documentation for tendering and bidding
* Support the interpretation of Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements terms and conditions in a changing workplace relations environment
* Provide advice to support coaching to compliance to ensure consistency and procedural fairness
* Provide senior technical support on employment matters related to remuneration, redundancy, terminations, benefits, right of entry and resolving issues whilst providing an escalation point within the HR Advisory team for internal development.
* Assist with development of policies, procedures and projects to support new HR initiatives and foster EVP and culture
* Assist in the coordination of HR calendar activities
* Interpret the Enterprise Agreement and relevant awards in accordance with the Fair Work Act and NES
ABOUT YOU

* Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility
* Hold a HR qualification with proven experience as a HR Advisor in an ER and IR role, preferably within the construction industry
* Well-developed analytical, problem solving and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise tasks to meet timeframes
* Ability to work under independently and take initiative
* Demonstrate high degree of confidentiality
