We’re about making a difference.About the roleAs the eCommerce Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving online sales growth by leading the strategic planning of key merchandising and content initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams across eCommerce, marketing, and merchandising to ensure effective online activation and a seamless customer experience.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute the online merchandising strategy to optimise category structure, navigation, search, and content.Leverage web analytics and reporting tools to assess online trade performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with category managers and marketing managers to identify growth opportunities, new product launches, and market trends.Lead on-site search strategy and optimisation to enhance product discovery and conversion rates.Oversee online activation of campaigns, product and range launches, ensuring strategies maximise sales and conversion performance.Work closely with SEO to enhance category structure and on page content to drive organic traffic.Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture.Represent eCommerce in range reviews, post campaign reviews and project working groups, presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.This is a hybrid role based in our Chadstone Support Office 2-3 days a week for a 12 month Fixed Term leave cover.About youYou’ll Bring:8+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing within a retail environment.2+ years of team management experience, with strong leadership and coaching skills.Proven ability to optimise website content and merchandising to drive conversion and sales.Experience working with high-volume digital channels in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and CMS platforms.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.A customer-focused approach with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.Our cultureIt’s all in a day’s work when you’re part of the Officeworks community – where you’re not defined by who you are, but what you can do.
