Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all assigned insolvency and restructuring engagements. Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and delegating responsibilities. Ensure compliance with case law and statutory requirements for formal insolvency appointments. Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure accurate reporting. Oversee asset realisation, conduct interviews with directors/bankrupts, and liaise with key stakeholders such as financiers, lawyers, and auctioneers. Share knowledge, best practices, and industry trends to elevate the team's expertise. Prepare and review financial analysis, investigative reports, and complex accounting issues. Qualifications & Experience Required: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields. A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate insolvency, with a strong understanding of insolvency processes and procedures. CAANZ/CPA qualification, or actively pursuing it, with a commitment to continuous professional development. High ethical standards and integrity in all professional dealings. Proven business development skills with the ability to build relationships and identify opportunities. Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Detail-oriented, with exceptional analytical skills for financial assessments and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
