About You: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards it).A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.A reliable, enthusiastic, and caring nature.Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is desirable.Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain these). #J-18808-Ljbffr
