Canberra Strata is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside the Accounts Manager to provide efficient services to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Data Entry
* End of month processing
* Answering enquiries via phone and email
* Assisting Strata Managers with financial statements for meetings
* Invoicing
* Supporting the Accounts team in various capacities
You will ideally hold:
* Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related roles
* Strong proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong multitasking abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience with MYOB and Strata Master.
