Our client is a western suburb based private investment office with varied business interests. Wood Recruitment has partnered with them to recruit an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their small, friendly team. This exciting full-time position is to provide Executive Assistance to C Suite Executives and includes Human Resources support, payroll, accounts payable and receivables. * Provide high-level executive support to the CFO, Financial Controller, and Group Accountant
* Manage investment compliance, including KYC/AML updates and meeting regulatory deadlines
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial reporting processes
* Support the CIO with investment committee administration and documentation
* Coordinate office operations, including facilities management and IT coordination
* Ensure all corporate compliance and secretarial duties are met, including ASIC filings

Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support or office management
* Proficiency in MYOB and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
* Experience in investment compliance (AML/KYC) is highly desirable
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* A valid drivers licence and the flexibility to support after-hours needs
* Flexibility to support after-hours needs, with a valid driver's licence
