Job Title: Industrial Deafness Specialist
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our Legal Services team in a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will manage Industrial Deafness claims and provide commercial outcomes for CMI.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage industrial deafness claims in compliance with relevant timeframes
* Develop strategies on and manage litigation proceedings in collaboration with Legal Specialists
* Assess claims for hearing aids and permanent impairment
* Maintain accurate information in the CMI Claims System
* Collaborate with Account Managers and Claims Lead to ensure effective communication with policy holders
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Workers Compensation industry
* Experience managing litigated claims is highly desirable
* Demonstrated strength in customer service
* Well-developed written communication skills (clear and concise document writing)
* Highly organised with clear sense of urgency in implementing claims strategies
