ABOUT THE POSITION As a Contracts Administrator, you will support the Project Manager in managing contracts, procurement, and financial tracking across multiple commercial fit-out projects. Your role will involve liaising with subcontractors, managing variations, and ensuring cost control measures are in place. DUTIES Prepare and review subcontractor agreements and procurement documentation. Oversee cost tracking, budgeting, and progress claims. Manage variations and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with project timelines, financial targets, and quality standards. Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial fit-out projects. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial management. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
