Crewe Sharp is looking for an Allocations Consultant to join our growing team in the stunning coastal town of Torquay on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll play a vital part in coordinating healthcare staff for aged care facilities and community care providers across Regional Victoria.

Our picturesque Torquay branch in Regional Victoria is growing fast, and we're on the lookout for another Allocations superstar to join our awesome team full-time!
About the Role
This is an office-based, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Your key responsibilities include:
Client Service: Answer calls and provide exceptional service to RACF and HACC clients
Shift Coordination: Accurately manage single and bulk shift bookings in a timely manner
Staff Allocation: Match healthcare professionals to shifts using our HR Workforce database (full training provided)
Administration: Handle general administrative tasks efficiently
Email Management: Respond promptly to client and staff inquiries
Sales & Marketing: Engage in reverse marketing and sales to expand client relationships
Community Engagement: Occasionally represent Crewe Sharp at expos and events
Client Visits: Explore regional Victoria with opportunities to visit clients on-site

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has:
Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Attention to Detail: Strong data entry skills and accuracy under pressure
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with a bubbly, professional phone manner
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently
Experience: Preferably healthcare industry background, with rostering, scheduling, and sales experience being a bonus.
Adaptability: Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
