About the Role
Working under the guidance of the team leader, you'll oversee a well-maintained, mid-sized portfolio located in the northern suburbs. With dedicated leasing and administrative support, as well as approachable and hands-on leadership, your primary focus will be building strong relationships with owners and tenants while delivering exceptional service.
The Duties
1. Listing & advertisement of properties
2. Open inspections & private viewings
3. Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
4. Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
5. PCRs and routine inspections
6. Repairs and maintenance
7. Rental arrears management
Skills & Experience
1. Previous PM experience is essential
2. Initiative and a passion for the industry
3. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
4. High level of care factor and customer service
5. Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
