About the Role:
This is a RARE, exciting and challenging opportunity for a social media expert who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management across multiple social media platforms, from content creation scheduling and strategy development to performance analysis, engagement and following. You will also oversee a team of 3 across the social media team, ensuring that the brand's online presence is vibrant, engaging, and aligned to the company values.
Position details:
* Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across all platforms
* Create, schedule, and manage captivating content (posts, stories, reels, and more)
* Engage within the online community, fostering relationships with followers and influencers
* Track social media performance, using data to optimise content and strategy
* Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand cutting-edge
* Ability to manage, motivate and empower a small intimate team
Skills and experience:
* 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the health, fitness, or wellness industry
* A creative eye with a strong understanding of content creation and branding
* Experience with analytic tools and a data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and execution skills
* A genuine passion for fitness and wellness that shines through in your content
* Strong admin and reporting ability
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
