Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is currently seeking a new member to join the fantastic Front Office Team full time. Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort is one of Australia’s leading 5 star resorts with 176 rooms featuring award-winning facilities and service offerings including the Noosa Beach House Restaurant & Bar.
We are in search of someone who has a positive demeanor, is professional, and guest-oriented to ensure that our guests are taken care of from arrival to departure.
In this role, you will assist with the arrival check-in process of our guests, enquiries throughout their stay, check out, and billing.
You will need to be across the Hotel’s facilities and services, including hotel packages and specials, and build rapport with both new and regular guests by maximizing the use of guest history.
Previous proven strong experience in customer service is essential, as well as total dedication to the guest’s journey and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Maintain a positive and vibrant approach
Professional nature that is passionate about the guest experience
Experience with Opera or another Property Management System (PMS) is highly regarded
Previous experience in Hotels/Hospitality is highly regarded
Exceptional attention to detail
Be available to work across a 7-day a week operation, including morning and afternoon shifts
