* Possess the ability to collaboratively plan, prepare and deliver teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse student needs and learning styles.
* Have knowledge of effective and inclusive teaching processes, including technology integration and assessment, to establish a differentiated learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with students through interpersonal skills.
* Plan and apply suitable behaviour management strategies to create a supportive learning environment.
