The Role
As the Developer Experience Digital Lead, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with digital solutions. Sitting within the Growth Transformation team, this position is responsible for defining solution briefs, conducting market analysis, and helping deliver integrated, fit-for-purpose technologies that support transformation goals.
You'll ensure that developer experience initiatives are aligned with future-state capabilities, customer expectations, and broader digital strategy.

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking digital specialist with a strong ability to align business transformation goals with smart technology solutions. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and practical delivery experience, paired with a passion for innovation and user-centred design.
What You Bring
1. A tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience developing digital solutions that support business transformation
3. A strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
4. Familiarity with digital ecosystems including customer portals, corporate systems, and infrastructure integration
5. Experience in market analysis and emerging tech evaluation
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
1. Define technology requirements and solution briefs in collaboration with business stakeholders
2. Analyse current and future digital capabilities to support strategic goals
3. Assess market trends and identify digital solutions that drive transformation
4. Collaborate with transformation advisors and delivery teams to align tech strategy
5. Support the integration of customer-facing and internal systems
6. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure clarity and cohesion
