We’re looking for an Onsite Services Officer to provide hands on end-user support throughout South Australia. You will provide first-class customer service, IT support and maintain excellent Service Call management by providing local and remote diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of 1st and 2nd level desktop issues related to hardware, software or peripheral devices. Here’s what we are looking for; Outstanding communication, collaborative & coordination skills gained through previous work experience in a similar position Several years’ work in service desk support as well as relevant onsite services experience for a number of years Superior knowledge of enterprise level desktop related IT hardware and the configuration of components and drivers Prior experience in issues, troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise level desktop IT hardware, software and peripherals Networking principals and infrastructure knowledge as well as MS Exchange and Microsoft products for use in a LAN environment Ability to work autonomously Proven ability to work as part of a service-orientated team Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise & manage conflicting critical issues/technical problems This is a fixed-term full-time opportunity until February 2026.
