Based in our Camberwell Head Office, and reporting to the IT Retail Systems Manager, the IT Applications Support Analyst plays an important role in being responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the Retail Applications including POS, Digital & Loyalty. You will participate in projects and upgrades within the Retail Portfolio providing technical expertise and using best practices and agile ways of working to deliver solutions for the business.The successful applicant must have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferably Commerce and will be part of the team developing, implementing and maintaining new and exciting initiatives.Working in a fast paced and high performing team, your responsibilities include: Participate and provide technical expertise in Projects, Product Enhancement and Application Upgrades. Provide 2nd/3rd level support to internal and external stakeholders in relation to Retail Applications. Assist with performing acceptance testing of upgrades, enhancements and any defects within the Retail Applications. Carry out Configuration and Administrative tasks for the Retail Applications adhering to Change Management processes. Provide 24 x 7 on-call Support on a rostered basis. Maintain currency of Platform capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Engaging and working with 3rd party vendors. Participate in new bakery, product, promotion, Loyalty Offer setup, updates and deletions as requested. Liaise with internal departments to ensure there is a common understanding and agreement of processes and / or required data. Let's hear about you!Joining this dedicated and well-regarded department, the ideal candidate will bring to the team: Demonstrated extensive experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics 365: Commerce Functional Consultant certifications will be highly regarded. Proven experience working with Retail Applications such as Point of Sale, Loyalty or Digital platforms. Tertiary qualifications in computer science, or another related field. ITIL Foundations qualification. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide On-Call IT Support on a rostered basis or as required. A basic understanding of Agile Methodology.
