Job Description We are looking for a Business Development Director – Procurement, Pacific to take the co-lead in transforming our procurement function, driving better focus on client engagement and revenue growth. As the Business Development Director – Procurement, Pacific, you will:
Lead and execute a game-changing business development strategy, securing new clients and growing existing relationships. Drive new revenue streams, increasing AStore 's reach and ensuring procurement becomes a true business partner. Manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to align procurement services with business needs. Build and lead a high-performance sales approach, focusing on long-term, value-driven partnerships. Oversee the commercial shift from a rebate model to transaction-based revenue model. Work closely with the supply team to ensure that client needs are met efficiently, creating tailored procurement solutions.
Qualifications What We are Looking For:
A strong, strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, sales, or commercial growth. Experience in hospitality is highly valued. Exceptional relationship-building skills —you know how to engage, influence, and close deals. A commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market opportunities into measurable financial success. A dynamic communicator and negotiator, capable of securing partnerships that deliver long-term value. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and can drive initiatives from strategy to execution.
