The Deputy Director position at the Museum of Australian Democracy (MoAD) plays a key role in supporting the Board and Director, enabling MoAD to meet its strategic objectives. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading various functions, including exhibitions, digital engagement, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership and management to achieve priorities in line with MoAD's Corporate and Strategic Plans.
* Support the Board and Director in developing and implementing the strategic vision.
* Build capability across MoAD to achieve performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in museum management. They will also be able to establish partnerships with government bodies and private enterprise.
Employment with MoAD is subject to the following conditions:
* Citizenship – To be eligible for employment with MoAD, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
* Security Clearance – The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the NV1 level.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
