Day to day activities may include:Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation and correspondence.Complete routine financial transactions and reconciliations.Complete procurement transactions.Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required.Review and submit maintenance requests.What we're looking forA demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.Proficient in the use of computers and data entry.Must have a hands-on approach and be willing to assist where and when needed.Ability to deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.A true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.Resilient and able to work in a role with competing priorities.We do work that really mattersCorrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety.
