Executive Manager to the CEO, ANZ
The purpose of this role is to provide high-level executive support to the CEO, ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
* Understand and assist the CEO, ANZ in driving and delivering on key strategic business priorities
* Provide experienced high-level secretarial support, demonstrating sound judgement and providing strategic partnership
* Act as an intermediary for both internal and external issues
* Oversee and drive all matters pertaining to the CEO's office
* Build strong and positive stakeholder relationships, providing high quality customer service and high-level administrative support
Requirements
* Strong experience supporting C-Level executive leaders, preferably in a large, complex, global organization
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Leadership in managing executive priorities
* Advanced organizational and time-management skills and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
