Sydney Asset Management Our client is a leading Share Plan business seeking an Analyst to join their team for an initial 12-month contract with view to extend it out to 24 months. Salesforce experience is required and ideally coupled with experience in Account Management, Client Services preferably working in the equities or share plan industry. Reporting to the Global Lead, you will be required to undertake various operational activities. These tasks include communication with internal and external stakeholders, data review and reconciliation, project management, system updates and reporting. We require a self-motivated individual who thrives on a challenge and looking to develop a career within the operational environment. The role provides exposure to multiple facets of stock and cash operational activity providing exceptional career growth opportunities. More particularly, we are seeking a candidate with Salesforce experience who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and respond to inquiries once they are familiar with the relevant processes Responsibilities: • Monitor and respond to queries related to TSD services in a timely and professional manner. • Serve as primary point of contract for any issues or questions regarding the offboarding processes, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead and oversee business related activities, such as corporate actions, to ensure they align with the offboarding process and timelines. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure smooth and efficient client transitions. • Create presentation slide decks and reports on key metrics and updates related to client offboarding. • Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, legal, operations, and corporate actions to ensure a seamless offboarding experience for clients. • Coordinate with various departments to address any challenges or issues that may arise during the offboarding process. • Maintain and organize records related to offboarding process for audit and review purposes. • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize this offboarding experience. Skills and experience required: • Salesforce experience required • Experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales role, preferably working in the equity or share plan industry. • Proficiency in software and web applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), JIRA, and Salesforce required • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and proven attention to detail. • Ability to quickly digest a wide variety of information and make sound and informed decisions.
