Oversee and manage contractual obligations for customer-facing IT applications. Ensure the successful delivery and performance of enterprise-level ICT solutions. Lead and collaborate with subject matter experts to optimize service delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related discussions and escalations. Drive compliance, governance, and risk management across the ICT contract. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align ICT services with business objectives. Proven experience managing large-scale ICT contracts and service agreements. Strong understanding of enterprise-level ICT applications and their lifecycle management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence subject matter experts to achieve contractual and operational success. A strategic mindset with a keen eye for contract performance, risk mitigation, and service. We are looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to lead strategic engagements with major international ICT vendors in an enterprise-level environment. This is a critical role ensuring that supplier relationships drive value, innovation, and operational excellence.
Manage and optimize relationships with global ICT suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and service delivery in a complex, enterprise-scale ICT environment. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive service improvements and commercial efficiencies. Lead negotiations, renewals, and vendor governance activities to maximize value from supplier contracts. Identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation in supplier engagements. Demonstrate extensive experience managing enterprise-level ICT vendor relationships, as well as a strong understanding of ICT procurement, contract management, and vendor governance frameworks. Proven ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across technical, commercial, and executive teams. A strategic mindset, with a focus on driving supplier performance and business outcomes. We are seeking a Portfolio Manager – Business Technology to oversee and drive the strategic management of technology investments. This is a key leadership role ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives and deliver maximum value and will include the management of direct reports and contingent project resources.
Lead the management of a diverse portfolio of business technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Oversee the governance, prioritization, and execution of technology investments in a complex enterprise IT landscape. Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technology roadmaps. Ensure effective risk management, budget control, and resource allocation across the portfolio. Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes to enhance agility and value delivery. Demonstrate extensive experience in technology portfolio management within large, complex IT environments. Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, digital transformation, and business-technology alignment. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
