The Role & Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate Power BI Visualisation Analyst to join our dynamic Business Reporting team. In this role, you will work with diverse teams across stores and the support office to understand business drivers and performance metrics, enabling you to develop strong data models and reports.
You will design and implement analytical reporting dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Databricks, while also working with engineers to model, reshape, and prepare data for optimal visualization performance. As part of the central reporting function, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our analytical delivery tools, promoting the use of data visualisation and storytelling to inform decision-making throughout the business.
What we are looking for
* Visualisation Analyst with demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards and reports
* Experience with data visualisation and querying tools such as Power BI and SQL
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences in a succinct and accessible way
* High attention to detail
* Passion for data visualisation and enthusiasm for self-learning and trying new things
