About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Coordinator to Lead to assist with developing and rolling out the Select Logistics software and technology offering to its customers.
Key responsibilities
1. Managing the relationship and requests for changes between the software providers and the project
2. Provide user training and ongoing support to the projects
3. Facilitate and track the raising of all vendor Purchase Orders, ensuring we are getting full value of services procured and not incurring extra costs
4. Lead and support the development of user manuals and training documentation
5. Assist with the development of case studies and sales and marketing material
6. Assist the project with system configuration and setup
7. A good understanding of moving materials and logistics arrangement and the legislation affecting these types of movements – desired
8. Assisting the project with the development of reports and metrics to monitor utilisation and productivity
9. Track vendor bugs and enhancement requests
10. Collaborate with Select logistics delivery and leadership stakeholders to understand concerns and pain-points, and identify improvement opportunities, with respect to delivery systems and interfacing with customer systems.
About you
11. 3-6 years (desired)
12. Knowledge and experience with Delivery Management Systems
13. Knowledge and experience with plant, heavy vehicles and people onboarding systems
14. Knowledge and experience with material stores & inventory management platforms including off-site fabrication processes(desired)
15. Diploma holder or tertiary qualifications
16. Cert IV Project Management Practices (desired)
17. Construction logistics experience preferred.
18. Have a firm understanding key roles including licences and competencies within the construction industry
19. Good understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation and maintenance.
