The role
* Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 3 years)
* Senior remuneration package in the range of $175,863 to $219,829 p.a.

The Yindyamarra Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join our team. In close collaboration with the Yindyamarra Trust Director, the Associate Director will oversee operations and drive the Director’s agenda through effective program implementation. This role requires strong leadership in developing and delivering programs, managing the organisation to support strategic goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The Associate Director will represent and promote the Yindyamarra Trust both internally and externally, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.
