Job Title: Personal Trainer
A challenging opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Mounties Health & Fitness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering group fitness classes, providing one-on-one coaching sessions, and creating personalized workout plans to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver group fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels
* Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, focusing on goal-setting, motivation, and technique improvement
* Create personalized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs and objectives
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular feedback
Requirements:
* Degree in Exercise Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Current certification in Group Fitness Instruction (e.g. REPS, ACE)
* Proven track record of success in a personal training environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
