You'll be working with an experienced Senior Finance Manager who will provide you with extensive support.
They're also very clear in their expectations and in your first month they expect you to build relationships, have people know who you are, understand the reporting frameworks, and get across the accounting nuances of the business.
They don't need you to hit the ground running!
You will partner with numerous stakeholders across the business through to senior level, and it will provide you with a broad remit where you will own the P&L and be involved in driving efficiencies.

What You'll Do: You will provide analysis, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, EOM processes (reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals), assist with audit processes, and updates on financial performance all whilst forming strong relationships with your stakeholders.
To be a success in this position, you will recognize that strong stakeholder management is key, and you will provide clear communication to manage expectations and allow the business to make informed decision-making.
You will provide them with detailed information on business performance and provide them with updates on risks and any required actions.
In addition, you will look to make improvements with full support of the business, challenge what has been done previously, and look at automation and system sophistication.
Who You Are: You will be a clear communicator and a natural Business Partner who can develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, and a fully qualified accountant.You will have strong Excel skills with an analytical mindset who is ambitious with the desire to take ownership of high-profile relationships.
