We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities Perform bank and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Manage/Supervise Accounts Payable Officer. Assist, review and finalise monthly claims from site teams. Prepare and process fortnightly payroll. Prepare and provide monthly project Profit and Loss Reports to Contract Managers for their review and analysis. Examine and analyse monthly costs and revenue. Prepare, analyse and present monthly/annual Profit and Loss Reports to Directors, General Manager and Senior Management. BAS preparation and reporting. Provide Cash Flow statements monthly to Directors and General Manager. Ensure compliance with accounting and legislative requirements. Improve process, business practices and the use of technology for productivity and efficiency. Provide assurance regarding the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements. General accounts & payroll administration. Preferred Skills and Experience To be successful in this position you should have: Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field (CPA or CA preferred). Minimum 3 years' experience in management accounting or related finance role. Xero software experience will be viewed favourably. #J-18808-Ljbffr
