About the role...
* Driving outcomes and results – through the right skills and behaviours, self-reflection across teams, and breaking it down to bite-size pieces as needed
* Ability to review your sales and stock sell-through report, analyse what has impacted your store results, and work with the Regional Manager on future actions
* Understanding and coaching others to decipher reports into actions – how to hit that % or target through action
* Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their results
* Mentor and coach team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves
* Manage the team’s workload, workflow, time management, and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal-setting
* Lead and inspire the team to dig deep, love what they do, and be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
* Prioritise team member's well-being and mental health – ensuring they are healthy, taking time to recharge, and open to chat about how they are feeling
About you…
* You will genuinely love and understand our brands and streetwear fashion!
* The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team
* Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
* A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
* Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
* Experience in a high volume and fast-paced store with a minimum of 2-3 years of Store Management experience
* Must have full Australian working rights
