Woods & Co have partnered with one Australia’s luxury property developers who are seeking a Sales Executive. Our client holds an extensive portfolios that span high-end residential, commercial, hotel, and retail developments.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting some of the most prestigious property projects across Australia. This is a highly visible role where you’ll work directly with agents, attend sales events, and represent our client’s brand at exclusive project launches.
Your time will be divided across several project sites and the head office, giving you hands-on exposure to the luxury property market in Australia.
With a strong pipeline of projects and growth on the horizon, this position is a fantastic opportunity for you to advance your career in the luxury property sector.

What do you do?
* Attending to enquiries and following up with prospective buyers.
* Conducting sales appointments with prospective buyers.
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure all relevant information is accurately conveyed to potential purchasers.
* Representing the brand at sales events and launches.
* Supporting the marketing and brand team ahead of sales events to ensure all elements are prepared.
* Acting as the main contact for key agents, providing essential information to secure sales.
* Conducting market research and sharing insights with the sales team on market trends.
* Managing channel agent engagement, including Marketing Service Agreements.
* Stock management.
* Assisting agents with all necessary information to support the sales process.
What do you need?
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in residential property.
* A genuine passion for sales and a drive to learn and advance.
* Professionalism and a polished appearance.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of the market and ability to provide insights on industry trends.
* The ability to foster relationships and partnerships.
* Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to travel as needed.
