More about you - Assistant Store Manager
As part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with daily business operations. You will bring your confidence, energy, and passion for customer service to influence your team to achieve set store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of the store management process:
o Visual Merchandising
o Store Administration
o Training & coaching of new team members
o Effectively delegating & managing the team
o Leadership & guidance to the team
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front
* Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
* Provide energetic customer service and demonstrate a proven sales growth mindset
* Assist customers and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
The successful applicants will also have:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect positively with both customers and team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A happy, friendly, and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
* A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain one if successful
