We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to join this fabulous team in one of Sydney's most prestigious locations. Looking after a tidy portfolio of properties, you will have lots of administration support, a Leasing Consultant, and Property Management administration to assist. There is no car required for this role, all properties are within walking distance!
The Role:
As the Senior Property Manager your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Have the support of your own leasing consultant
2. Have the support of a Property Management Administration
3. Assisting in the management of properties all local to the office!
4. Providing six-star service to their clients
5. Liaising with the landlord
6. Attend tribunal and prepare documents
The Person:
The successful candidate will have at least two years experience as a Property Manager and a strong knowledge of Property Me or Tree. You will be extremely polished and articulate and have a current Certificate of Registration. You will amaze everyone with your communication skills and the ability to get the job done.
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
7. MUST HAVE at least two years of property management experience
8. Current NSW certificate of registration or real estate license
9. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
10. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
11. Exceptional organizational skills
