Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking suitably qualified Civil Construction Machine Operators/Labourers Key Responsibilities: Machine Operators: Operate and maintain heavy construction machinery such as excavators, rollers, loaders and hold a HR licence Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery on construction sites.
Perform pre-operation inspections and minor maintenance on equipment.
Work closely with the site team to ensure project timelines are met.
Labourers: Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
Dig trenches, lay foundations, and assist with the installation of pipes and utilities.
Handle construction materials and machinery on site.
Support operators and supervisors in day-to-day activities.
Skills & Qualifications: Pipe Laying experience desirable Experience in civil construction or related fields Valid licenses for machine operation (for machine operators).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-conscious attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor conditions.
