About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Ability to touch type Ability to work to time constraints Excellent attention to detail Sound computer skills Ability to work as part of a team Previous experience an advantage however not essential Roles and Responsibilities Data Entry of Pathology request forms in a timely and efficient manner Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete request forms Ad-hoc administration and clerical support as required About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including: Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy) Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills Excellent telephone manner Strong customer focus and general office skills Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Benefits and Wellbeing As part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits including: A marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.
