Job Description
* Procurement & Vendor Management – Source and purchase essential supplies for OSHC, Kindergarten, and head office. Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
* Inventory & Budget Control – Monitor stock levels, track inventory across locations, and manage budgets to optimise costs while maintaining quality standards.
* Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate purchasing records, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide reports to key stakeholders.
* Collaboration & Support – Work closely with internal teams to meet purchasing needs, support seasonal demand, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
* Education & Experience – High school diploma required; a qualification in business, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred. Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management, ideally in education, childcare, or office environments.
* Technical & Business Skills – Strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and vendor purchasing techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage procurement for both operational services and office stock.
* Organisational & Problem-Solving Skills – Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
* Collaboration & Mindset – A hands-on, operationally focused team player with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
