As the Trade Desk Associate, you will report to and support a team of Investment Advisors within their Sydney corporate office, and work within the busy and fast-paced environment that has experienced growth. This role would suit an assured candidate who proven time management ability to achieve allocated deadlines. The responsibilities of the role will include: Execute trades accurately and efficiently, complying with regulatory requirements and company policies. Assisted in monitoring client portfolios, tracking performance, and recommending adjustments as necessary. Liaising with share registries and coordinate between front and back-office functions Check advisers’ daily reports and action follow-ups as required; including debtor monitoring, advisor emails, client accounting, prepare write-off's and sell orders, etc Conduct extensive research and analysis of companies, industries, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities and provide investment recommendations. Monitored market trends, industry developments, and economic indicators to provide timely updates and insights for portfolio managers and clients. Provide Clients with Market Research and Investment advice. Analysed financial performance, evaluated stock valuation, and assessed risk factors to develop comprehensive thesis. To be considered for this role you will have 5 years' work history within financial services, with knowledge of / experience in ETFs and listed investments is preferred. Also considered are applicants with knowledge of financial advisers and the advice industry and experience in this area of financial services. You will have outstanding communication skills and thrive in a busy environment and keep to tight deadlines. Time management is key as is the ability to multi-task.
