Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and bolster the market presence of the newly developed asset and its retailers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, aligning their objectives with the assets' goals and driving collaborative marketing efforts.
- Create memorable experiences through innovative event activations that captivate visitors and enhance the assets' appeal.
- Lead the charge in digital and social media marketing, utilizing cutting-edge campaigns to captivate audiences and drive measurable results.
- Leverage market trends and customer insights to guide highly targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience from a retail shopping centre background is ideal.
