The Role
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating group reservations across three venues - Matteo Double Bay and Matteo Downtown. Your main objective will be to ensure accuracy and seamless communication with clients while supporting the Sales and Events team. You will optimize bookings, revenue, and guest satisfaction by efficiently managing the reservations system. You will be assisting customers by giving them an outstanding booking experience, answering emails and inbound phone calls. You are required to respond to feedback and support our events and marketing team in restaurant operations.
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience with the booking system Sevenrooms is highly desired.
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proven experience with VIP guest management.
3. Previous hospitality experience either in events or restaurants.
4. Strong organisational and administration skills.
5. High level of attention to detail.
6. Ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude.
7. Ability to work well under pressure.
8. Full Australian working rights.
