Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme
Remuneration:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $285,068 p.a., comprising salary of $249,849 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 13(2)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
Responsibilities:
The Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Services (EDNMS) is the single point of accountability for the professional leadership and direction of nursing and midwifery services within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service, and the operational management of Nurse Education and Simulation teams.
The EDNMS reports to the Chief Executive.
The EDNMS is responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient-centred nursing and midwifery care and services that meets professional practice standards.
