As an experienced educator, you'll have the opportunity to develop and deliver training programs that promote person-centered care, meet service delivery requirements, and enhance skill and capability development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and delivering workshops, training programs, and activities that support safe and high-quality care.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish educational partnerships and achieve workforce development goals.
* Providing assistance with the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of education related to clinical practice and clinical care.
* Credentialing Support Workers and completing necessary documentation following training.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education.
* Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with high-level ICT skills.
* Unrestricted driver's license.
* Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE 40122).
