This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top entrepreneurial talent to become directors within our Accelerator Program. As the recruiter, your sole mission will be to bring in skilled entrepreneurs ready to take on the challenge, execute our proven business models, and drive them toward high revenue targets.Key Responsibilities Recruiting Skilled Entrepreneurs: Utilize job boards, Seek, your existing network, and relationships with top-tier business schools to attract high-potential entrepreneurial talent who are ready to become directors of their own companies within HTV.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates for both the 42-day challenge (Stage 1) and those ready to move into long-term Stage 2 roles.Interviewing and Vetting: Conduct high volumes of interviews, assess each candidate's fit for the Careers Program, and select only those with the entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and grit required for success.KPI Tracking and Partner Pipeline Management: Set and monitor minimum weekly KPIs for recruitment, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified partners who can thrive in HTV's fast-paced environment. Track which candidates succeed in Stage 1, and incorporate feedback to continuously refine and improve the recruiting strategy.Feedback Loop and Quality Improvement: Establish a feedback loop based on candidate performance in Stage 1 to fine-tune recruitment efforts. Leverage insights from top performers to improve the quality of future recruits, ensuring that only the best talent moves into Stage 2.Relationship Building: Develop partnerships with leading universities and business schools to create a consistent pipeline of qualified talent. Engage with entrepreneurial communities to expand your reach and strengthen HTV's brand in the market.A Day in the Life In this role, you'll be at the forefront of HTV's Careers Program, spending your day reaching out to potential partners, screening applicants, and conducting interviews with high-potential entrepreneurs. Your day will involve setting and reviewing KPIs, continuously refining the recruitment process based on performance data, and building relationships with educational institutions and entrepreneurial communities to attract the right talent.
