About this role
We are seeking a Quick Resolution Claims Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our CTP Personal Injury Claims team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident.
Your key responsibilities
* Answering inbound phone calls and providing excellent customer service
* Assisting customers and service providers with clear and concise information
* Case noting phone calls and leaving follow up information for Claims Advisors
* Liaising with other team members to ensure complex queries are set for follow up

* Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Resilience, confidence and willingness to learn in a continuously changing environment
* The ability to manage in a fast-paced and high-volume space
