1. Permanent Full Time role located in Wangaratta
2. Your shifts will be 76/76 fortnightly splits
3. You will assist in supporting 5 of our customers with their daily activities and goals through a person-centred approach
4. Have experience within disability sector, including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
5. Be an effective communicator with proven experience in managing a diverse team in the community sector
6. Be strategic in your thinking about how to improve your service and contribute to changes that positively affect your service
7. Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
8. Have the ability to adapt to various situations
9. An Advanced Diploma of Disability ( ) is required for this role

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
14. Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management
15. NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
16. Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
17. Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
