North West Realty have a full-time position for a Receptionist for an immediate start in our busy office located in the City Centre of Karratha.

Skills and Experience:
* A great attitude, must be computer literate and have reception experience
* High level of customer service and excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
* Must have current Driver’s License
The Role:
* Operation of REST, Filesmart, Excel and Word programmes
* Answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately
* Taking messages as required
* Answering all reception enquiries and directing to appropriate department
* Electronic filing
* Photocopying
* Collection and delivery of mail
* Maintaining, ordering and stocking stationery supplies
* Receipting rent payments into the trust account
* Operation of electronic key delivery and ensure all outstanding keys are returned at the end of each day
* Updating Sales Board as required
* Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
* Maintenance and operation of Karratha Self Storage database
* Assisting the Business Operations Manager with accounts on a daily basis
